How do I upload a call for analysis?
From your dashboard, click "Analyze a Call" and either upload an audio file (MP3, WAV, M4A) or paste a transcript directly. Our AI will process your call within 90 seconds.
What audio formats are supported?
We support MP3, WAV, M4A, WEBM, and most common audio formats. Files should be under 500MB and less than 3 hours in length.
How do I create a custom framework?
Navigate to "Frameworks" in your dashboard and click "Create Framework." You can define categories, criteria, and scoring rubrics that match your sales methodology.
Can I integrate Salesy with my existing tools?
Yes! We offer integrations with popular platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, and more. Check the Integrations page in your dashboard for available connections.
