Salesy provides an AI-powered platform for sales call analysis, coaching, and performance tracking. Our Service includes:

- AI-generated coaching recommendations
- Custom framework creation and evaluation
- Team performance analytics and reporting
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate any person or entity
Content and Data
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Salesy, including call recordings, transcripts, and frameworks. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and analyze it to provide our services.
Consent Requirements
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from participants before recording or uploading any call to our platform. You represent that you have the legal right to record and analyze all calls you upload.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by Salesy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before account closure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salesy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated insights will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
